      Most of our books are made to order and only have a limited amount available.  Because of this, we cannot refund, accept returns, exchanges or exchange under any circumstances. Cancellations may be available if we have not already started processing your order, please reach out to our team immediately if you are needing to cancel an order.

    • All orders ship via USPS Media Mail. Orders will be processed with in 3-5 days of the order being placed. Once shipped most orders arrive within 2-5 business days.  

      If you are signed up for our Blind Date BOOK OF THE MONTH - USED, orders will be shipped by the 5th of each month.

      If you need an order rushed. Please contact info@thecraftedchapter.com and we will do our best to accomodate. Additional fees may apply.
